Time to go Fred Flintstone to lower cholesterol?

Eating a diet consisting of unprocessed foods such as fruit, vegetables, nuts, oils, fish, poultry and lean meat was able to decrease cholesterol in two weeks by a level that takes 6 months with statins.

That is the result of a study by Dr. Frassetto and her team at the University of California in San Francisco, that was being covered by a CBS reporter who took part in the study.
